Order
Domestic orders will take 5-8 business days to be processed and 2-3 business days to arrive to you. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days after processing. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please note, time may vary due to order volume, weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables. Thank you for your patience.

Please keep in mind that order changes or shipping address changes are not guaranteed during higher order volumes. We recommend double-checking your order and shipping address before placing your order to ensure it is correct.

Shipping & RETURN
Yes! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see if we ship to your location and to view the shipping rates. We don't allow returns or exchanges on international orders so please take your time when selecting your items.
**Any additional customs or duty fees incurred during the importation of our products are the sole responsibility of the recipient or purchaser. Please be aware that these fees may be imposed by your local customs authorities and are beyond our control.**
Once the shipping label for your order is created you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Track your order here
You can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of placing an order, unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for specific items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition - not worn, washed, or damaged. If the order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days to see if the package gets delivered. Occasionally, packages can be marked as delivered prematurely. After this time, please contact us for further assistance.

If your order is stuck in transit, please contact the shipping carrier as once packages leave our office we have no control over them.
